Our worship is based on a biblical pattern and we strive to maintain an "openness" to the Lord. Our purpose - to minister in a way that will be pleasing to the Lord as we allow the Holy Spirit to reign.

Our Pastors John & Marion Ray!
Pastor John and Marion Ray were born again in 1971. They have been in leadership positions at Christ Gospel Tabernacle since 1972, teaching Bible classes, directing the CGT choir and involved in hospital, nursing home and youth center visitations.
They became lead pastors in 1995, following Pastor Lucille Deal after her retirement.
John and Marion were foster parents to 18 young people from abusive families. Some serve in ministry positions and many stay in touch with their foster mom and dad.
In 1992 John and Marion traveled to China to adopt their precious 5 week old baby girl Olivia.
Pastor John and Marion always LIFT UP the WONDERFUL NAME of JESUS! Their 30 years of pastoring have brought 100s of people to a close personal relationship with God, fulfilling their potential and relationship with Jesus.
Pastor John and Marion are known for their unwavering devotion to God and genuine love for all people. The CGT congregation has a lovely blending of all races and nationalities. They guide their flock to deeper revelations of God, so each can fulfill their unique purposes.
